Zachary Pierce⏐ Associate

Zachary Pierce focuses his practice on government investigations, regulatory enforcement matters, and complex commercial litigation. He represents companies and financial institutions in securities class actions, shareholder derivative matters, civil and criminal antitrust investigations, U.S. Department of Justice merger reviews, internal investigations, and regulatory inquiries.

Zachary also maintains an active pro bono practice representing asylum seekers in immigration proceedings and appeals.

Zachary received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was Lead Articles Editor of the Journal of Law and Politics, Membership Development Chair of the American Constitution Society, and a member of the Holistic Youth Defense Clinic.

While in law school, he worked in the Office of the White House Counsel and the U.S. Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division, Criminal Section. He earned his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Chicago, where he was a member of the varsity soccer team.
