Meredith R. Dearborn⏐Partner

Meredith Dearborn is an experienced, dynamic trial lawyer based in California who has handled high-profile matters for some of the world’s largest tech clients, including more than a dozen major federal and state trials. Called “extremely talented” and “a brilliant strategist who synthesizes legal analysis like no one I have ever seen” by Chambers and Partners, Meredith marshals evidence and tackles thorny legal issues with dogged energy and focus.

Among other recognitions, Forbes named Meredith one of its Top Women Lawyers in 2026 and the Recorder named Meredith a Woman Leader in Tech Law in its 2025 California Legal Awards. She was recognized by the Daily Journal as one of its “Top Women Lawyers” for two consecutive years, has contributed to matters deemed Litigator of the Week by The American Lawyer twice, and has been recognized as an MVP in technology litigation by Law360. She has been ranked by Chambers and Partners in antitrust in California every year since 2024, was named an Antitrust Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation, and a Legal Global Antitrust & Competition Lawyer by Lawdragon.

Meredith is a leader in the Bay Area legal community. She sits on the Board of the Northern California chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. She has served as a Lawyer Representative to the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference for the Northern District of California, on the board of the Justice & Diversity Center of the Bar Association of San Francisco, and the Advisory Board of the East Bay Community Law Center. Meredith taught at Stanford Law School for three years.

While at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, Meredith externed for the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division in San Francisco. She was the Senior Supervising Editor of the California Law Review and received the Thelen Marrin Award for Law Journal Writing in 2009.
