Lyle Gruby⏐Associate

Lyle Gruby is a former federal prosecutor specializing in internal investigations, white-collar defense, and commercial litigation, bringing extensive government enforcement experience to complex matters.

Lyle spent over four years as a trial attorney in the Civil Fraud Section of the Department of Justice, where he investigated and resolved more than a dozen Medicare fraud matters with total recoveries exceeding $120 million. He entered the Department of Justice through the Attorney General's Honors Program and has continued his focus on internal investigations, white-collar defense, and commercial litigation in private practice.

Lyle graduated summa cum laude and first in his class from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the law review. He clerked in both the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
