Leah Hibbler⏐Associate

Leah Hibbler focuses her practice on commercial litigation and complex antitrust matters, representing clients, including leading technology companies, in high-stakes civil and criminal antitrust litigation, government investigations, and class actions. Her practice has also included politically sensitive, border-spanning regulatory matters, government investigations, and international torts, as well as shareholder derivative matters and securities class actions.

Leah has extensive experience in trial preparation and practice. She has served as trial counsel to a leading technology company in connection with a landmark antitrust dispute, as well as strategic counsel to a Fortune 20 company with respect to a decades-long international litigation, resulting in a favorable resolution weeks before trial. Her clients have included companies in the fields of technology, pharmaceuticals, finance, energy, and manufacturing, among others.

Leah graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served on the Editorial Board of the Georgia Law Review.
