Jenifer N. Hartley⏐Associate

Jen Hartley focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and regulatory investigations. She has substantial experience briefing motions and appeals in federal and state courts, as well as before arbitral tribunals across the country. Her work has included issues involving contract interpretation, constitutional law, employment law, and fraud.

Jen has represented clients in a variety of industries, including information technology, private equity, telecommunications, and financial services, handling complex commercial disputes and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Jen maintains an active pro bono practice representing reproductive healthcare providers and survivors of gun violence.

Prior to and during law school, Jen provided crisis intervention social work services to survivors of violence in court, hospital, and shelter settings.

Jen is licensed in New York and is practicing under supervision of members of the District of Columbia Bar while her application for admission to that bar is pending.
