France Svistovski focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, with experience in multi-jurisdictional, class-action, mass torts, and consumer deception litigation. She has represented clients in various industries, including Fortune 500 companies in the technology and energy sectors.

France graduated from Fordham University School of Law, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal.

Prior to joining private practice, France clerked at the New Jersey Superior Court and the Commercial Division of the New York Supreme Court.
