Elizabeth Brandt⏐Associate
Elizabeth Brandt specializes in complex civil litigation, including multi-district litigation, mass torts, and Delaware commercial litigation. Her practice has also included shareholder derivative matters, securities class actions, internal investigations, and white-collar defense.
Elizabeth has served as strategic counsel to a Fortune 20 company with respect to the bet-the-company litigation, during which she provided both litigation and strategic resolution advice, as well as trial counsel in a Delaware Court of Chancery case, resulting in the creation of a constructive trust for her client. Her clients have included companies in the fields of pharmaceuticals, healthcare, technology, professional sports, travel, finance, and logistics, among others.
Elizabeth received a B.B.A. with concentrations in Accounting, Analytic Consulting, and African Studies from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. She received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she served as a notes editor of the Columbia Business Law Review, and was a Ruth Bader Ginsburg Scholar and James Kent Scholar.
