Elizabeth C. Adler⏐Associate
Elizabeth Adler focuses her practice on appellate and trial civil litigation, with experience spanning complex antitrust matters and compliance counseling for reproductive healthcare providers under abortion shield laws.
Most recently, Elizabeth served as a United States Supreme Court Fellow with the United States Sentencing Commission, the agency responsible for the establishment of sentencing policies and practices for the federal courts, where she advised on key sentencing issues. Prior to that, she clerked for the Honorable Eric L. Clay of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Elizabeth earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as Online Development Editor for the Virginia Law Review.
