Bryon P. Becker⏐Associate
Bryon Becker has substantial experience in all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation and practice across several areas of law, with particular expertise in landmark and bet-the-company antitrust litigations spanning allegations of price-fixing, group boycott, market and customer allocation, and monopolization and attempted monopolization.
Bryon has represented large companies and organizations on both sides of complex disputes, with significant experience in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He has served as pro bono co-counsel in partnership with the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Eastern District of Virginia, bringing extensive courtroom experience to high-stakes matters.
Bryon graduated summa cum laude from William & Mary Law School, where he served as a Lead Articles Editor of the William & Mary Law Review. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anthony J. Trenga and the Honorable Theresa Carroll Buchanan, Magistrate Judge, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
