Anita Liu specializes in litigation at both the trial and appellate levels, with substantial experience in trial preparation and practice, including representing leading technology companies in landmark antitrust disputes.
Anita has served as counsel to major technology companies in significant antitrust litigation matters, bringing expertise in complex trial preparation and appellate advocacy across multiple areas of law.
Anita graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she served as Managing Editor of the Harvard Law Review. She clerked for Judge William A. Fletcher on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Judge Dabney L. Friedrich in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia prior to entering private practice.
Anita was a Schwarzman Scholar and graduated with a perfect GPA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with double majors in Computer Science and Engineering and Brain and Cognitive Sciences.
